Sanctioned content for level 19 characters

I read a while ago that someone(s) hit level 20 with their pfs character. I can find sanctioned content up to level 18 but can't find anything for level 19. Can someone point out what I'm missing. My friends and I would like to play to level 20.

Some of the multi-table specials can be played by characters at level 19.

Most likely it was a Battle Interactive at a major convention like Gencon Paizocon or Dexcon which will have a "12 or higher" table that anyone in the Seeker category can sit at.

The Witchwar Legacy is a sanctioned module for 16-18th level characters. Play it when you're 18.2, and you'll level to 19.2

Then get a bunch of people together (5 tables-worth, to be exact) and play Race for the Runecarved Key. That will level you to 20.

It's the only path to 20 I'm aware of.

Race for the Runecarved Key is indeed the only PFS legal content playable at level 19.
