magic items question

couple questions really:

1. is there a magic item that allows a non caster to cast a single spell. (I would like my unarmed fighter to use Force Punch spell, or a self only blood rage spell)

2. how about custom items? can I have an amulet of mighty fists but instead fill a bracer or glove slot instead? (BTW same character)

Obviously I am not creating these with creation feats but can it be done within the PFS rules?

spell storing items could like you cast a spell someone else cast into it.

No custom items

There are various spell-storing items that you can use. Get someone to cast a spell (often from a wand or scroll) into the storing item, then when needed the non-caster can "cast" the spell back out. Just remember, spell storing items always cast as the minimum caster level, regardless of who cast it into the item.

There are also items that allow casting specific spells. My wife and I are quite fond of Cloak of the Hedge Wizard, which comes in one flavor for each school of magic. Each has specific spells it can cast based on the school you chose.

Beyond that, I recommend pumping your Use Magic Device check and buying wands or scrolls of the spells you want. With judicious selection of traits and feats, you can get a pretty good check even at low level. (Dangerously Curious trait to make it a class skill and give a +1, then Skill Focus for another +3; with a 14 CHA you've got +10 at first level.)

There are no custom items allowed in PFS. You can only buy items that appear in a legal source with a price listed.

Can you provide a source or FAQ for this? I know this is true for the ring of spell storing, but what about spell storing weapons or armor?

Along with what everyone else has said, an option is a cracked vibrant purple ioun stone:

This stone stores three levels of spells, as a ring of spell storing. Stored spells in the stone must be placed by a spellcaster but can be used by anyone (see ring of minor spell storing).

Cracked: This stone stores one spell level, as a ring of spell storing (minor). Price: 2,000 gp.

Oh, if you want it for Force Punch you'd have to get an unflawed one. Those go for 36K.

I wasn't thinking of armor and weapons, since those have specific triggers. You are right, those do not have the same wording. I was specifically thinking of the Ring of Spell Storing, and the Vibrant Purple Prism ioun stone, which specifically says "as a Ring of Spell Storing" in its description.

No worries. I was just double-checking, having recently purchased a spell-storing weapon for one of my characters.
