I've gotten confusing emails from CS. First I got the option because they were out of leatherette volumes. So I selected the refund. The next email I got was telling me that I was being shipped the emerald spire volume - but it did not specify which. oO
I have emails out to them. If I don't hear back tomorrow then they'll be getting a phone call.

What is the expected turnaround time for emails to c.s@p.c?
We were not expecting a new influx of emails for kickstarter orders and Paizo CS was/is in critical mode (with a backlog of between 1600-1700 emails) we have been prioritizing emails relating to our monthly subscription process and pending orders. So we do not have a defined ETA.
That being said, it would be extremely helpful if you could email us instead of call. We can process more issues much faster via email and, if needed, easily forward on to Goblinworks and keep track of the conversation that way.
