What would be the best class/build for Jack Frost for a homegame

I am thinking:
Winter Witch (talk DM into Arcane Bond staff rather than familiar)
Magus
Crossblooded (Elemental/Rime-blooded) Sorcerer
Elemental Master Arcanist

Any other ideas? Best Race?

Anre there any archetypes/prc besides the winterwitch which highlight cold damage?

Boreal Sorcerer is pretty good.

Yea I think winter witch/winter witch or crossblooded boreal/elemental (cold) sorcerer are probably best.

True but I don't think the winter mystery can really hold up to any of the above.

I think THE 1st level spell of choice of any jack frost build needs to be Snowball.

Samsaran Winter Oracle with Mystic Past life to get Snowball from the Druid Spell list. Works with his whole died and reborn thing too.
