Hey, I was charged for this order back on the 4th of August, and with the recent hiccups in shipping and ordering, I'd like very much to make sure I haven't paid for something I'm going to actually have shipped. I can confirm that your copy of the Skull & Shackles Base Set left our facility by Friday of last week at the latest and should be on its way to you at this time.

The Character Add-On Deck is currently delayed due to manufacturing issues, and you've been flagged to receive a copy in the future once we're able to fulfill them. You will not be charged a second time. Vic Wertz, our CTO has more information on why this happened here.

Sorry for the delay regarding this, we're eager to send out the Character Add-On Decks as soon as possible, you should also be receiving an email from us with more information on this months shipments shortly.
