...having the ongoing ability to choose is not a prerequisite for something to be a choice. Unless you're arguing that I cannot choose what I'm going to eat for lunch, because afterwards I can no longer go back and change my mind about what I was going to eat.

If u r to decapetate for creater not to regen or rise not evile do it so u can cast spells yea evile and cuttibg off feet sounds like a trophy hunter not cool

I have at least two characters who have suffered with people/critters we killed (or sometimes left tied up and other side killed) coming back - and moving quickly. So they cut of the feet of their fallen foes so that when they are turned into undead they are not as fast.

Just as one character uses create water to fill the bodies and lungs full of water of the dead (chest pushing to get a proper fill) - if he has time - because the bad guys kept getting back up after we killed them until we started drowning them (blown knowledge local roll).

Every new party there is a new argument, but we are winning over converts to our new precaution in defeating enemies.
