I'm looking for a monster ability, class feature, or spell that lets the creature see through the eyes of another creature [that it magically controls]. Is there such a thing?

Share Senses does this but only works with a familiar.The Summoners Bond Senses ability does the same but with your eidolon.

Theres also a Druid archetype that lets you do it with your animal companion I think.

A Magic Jar spell is that and much more. A Dominate Person spell also comes close (whatever "you can receive full sensory input...[but] You can't actually see through the subject's eyes" means).
