When a character is grappled by a Lurker Above, do they take half damage from all successful attacks against it? Also, if the Lurker Above does grapple a character, can it still attack with its slam attack?

Can anyone help me with this?

No you do not take damage dealt to a creature grappling you. I'm not quite sure where you got this idea.

I think the only thing you'd run into is soft cover, but only if you are attacking through your ally's square. I'm not seeing any SQ that would cause shared damage.
Also, keep in mind that the 2 creatures never occupy the same space.

During a grapple, the limb(s) it uses for its slam is occupied, it has 2 options:
-Release the grapple and make another slam attack (along with a new grab, and constrict)
-Maintain the grapple, choosing an option: damage, move, or pin. (also dealing constrict if successful)
