Hello,

What is happening with this order? I received an email over two weeks ago that this order was being processed and yet I have not received anything nor have I received any communication as to why it was delayed. This is the fourth order where this has happened.

It looks like there may have been a sidecart glitch that added some pre-order stuff in there that actually can't ship until next month.

I have bumped those back to the sidecart, and I'll make sure this gets shipped out as soon as possible.

In other news, while the warehouse has finished shipping most subscription orders, it is taking a little bit longer than normal to get everything out the door, between a huge subscription month and kickstarter stuff, so it is possible that this was just on the tail end of the warehouse shipping queue for this month's stuff. But I've given things an extra kick just to make sure they go.
