It's looking like the morning slot is having the most issues. It's a shame they limited the amount of tables in the evening that seems to be a time of more interest for most players.
Most likely the time when more folks are getting in to town for GenCon and wanting dinner as well though. They were PACKED last year when businesses around the downtown area started getting off around 4~5ish. I'm talking line out the door and waitlisting for a table.
They need those tables for dining customers, rather than gamers who are snacking/drinking while gaming over 4~5 hours.

We are really lucky that Scotty's wants us there. From 8 am until 9 p.m., we will have a total of 21 tables, which is very generous of them. I can't complain at all about the number of tables or the hours. They are opening 2 hours early to let us start playing at 8. I chose 8 a.m. to give us a chance to have as many slots as possible.
I am sure most people won't be until later, but we have enough people who will come in on Tuesday that I thought we should be able to fill morning tables, too.
Now, I just need two more morning GMs (someone picked up the Midnight Mauler) and a bunch of players :)

Today's update (7-24-2014)
GMs:
Here is an update as to what I still need GMs for. If you can and want to, please pop on over the Warhorn site and sign up to GM:
8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: #5-08: The Confirmation
8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: #5-22: Scars of the Third Crusade
I still have slots with few or no players (and right now, this slot of Scars of the Third Crusade has no players, so I may just cancel it at any rate.) I was hoping to have a slot of The Confirmation so, on the off-chance a few new people showed up, there would be a table for them.)
So, if you can or want to GM either of these slots, go ahead and sign up!

Mark. I know there are no other tables for evening slot.
Would anything mustered at Scotties but retired to a hotel room count for table count?
I highly doubt it and, in truth, it probably shouldn't count. This event, in part, is a promotion of both Scotty's and Paizo. It would seem to me that to have an event mustered there, but then taken to a private room would defeat the purpose of the event.
I appreciate the question, but my sense is that no, it wouldn't count.

Hi, everyone!
I need your help - I have lost a GM (travel arrangements will get him here later than he thought.)
As such, I need a replacement GM for 1 table of #5-08: The Confirmation from 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
So far, there is only one player signed up, but I am hoping we can fill that able, or we're going to lose it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you want to GM (or play), please visit the Warhorn site HERE
Thanks,
Mark

Mark, both myself and my better half just signed up to play confirmation. If you give us warning either of us could switch to gming it or anything else for that slot if need be. (I've gmed, but not played it, he prepped it for a cancelled slot in the past, not played).

I'll pack a map then for it.
If its easier to fill with another scenario, just let me know I'll have books and stuff with me to change if needed.
