What follows are two sets of questions that don't really have a lot to do with each other, however I didn't want to waste thread space by separating them so I decided to put them in here.
1st group of questions
---------------------------
Is there any mechanical way, to slowly turn oneself into a living construct in game? Like. Start out human and slowly replace limbs and such with construct parts until you're 85-90% construct? If so, are there ways to weaponize said construct parts?
I know the android class exists, but I'm interested in this particular line. Aka the Sasori line from Naruto.
Even if it was only replacing arms and legs with construct limbs (which i realize is just asking for a shatter spell) that could be interesting to play.
2nd group of questions
----------------------------
What would be the best way to make an improvised weapon build (5th level, 20-point buy, paizo material only) and still have decent CHA or INT scores? I ask because I'm currently playing in Kingmaker and my current character is a spy master, and I'd like a back up that could use improvised weapons effectively and still handle the main rolls (INT OR CHA based) of the spymaster position. It'd be a bonus if they could be awesome at Diplomacy, Bluff and Sense Motive.
I'm thinking Synth Summoner, only weapon based instead of the standard nat attack?
-----------------------------
Help on either potential build / concept would be greatly appreciated.

The closest thing I can think of for transforming into a construct would be Living Monolith, which basically turns you into a statue.
There are also Clockwork Limbs in Magical Marketplace.

Monk has the easiest time with Improvised weapons, but Fighter comes in at an arguable second. Just chat with the GM and ask if you can take Improvised weapons as a weapon group and you should be fine.
The PrC Low Templar is also very good at keeping up with the Melee aspect of Improvised combat and is also good at being a Face. With easy requirements to get in and the ability to forgo actually mounting anything, the class is a great way to make any sort of character concept fight worthy without missing out on a lot of bonuses.

Living Monolith is somewhat interesting, seems like it'd be a good fit for a magus perhaps. I do however really like the Clockwork Limbs. They don't do anything special, but there are some other prosthetics that seem like they could be cool if I could convince my DM to use 3rd party material for it. One wonders if one could use the Craft Constructs feat to make magical construct prosthetics for other people. Hm..
I will definitely give Low templar a look. I was looking to make a sort of Casey Jones that could socialize a bit better and uses whatever is laying around. I do recall Monks having an archetype committed to improvised weapons, but I always hear that monks are underpowered in pathfinder save for certain builds (zen archer, MOMS namely). If that is true and I can get my DM to allow improvised weapons as a weapon group, fighter might be the way to go, save for the poor skill count.
Thanks for the input thus far everyone. It's been very helpful.

for the improvised weapon thing, monk of the empty hand, which basically just let's you not only use improvised weapons but treat normal weapons as improvised and do any damage type. AKA, disarm and steal everyone's weapons and then use the oddest damage type for that weapon. I think they also get throw everything, so you still got some ranged capability with that 50 lbs anvil...
the construct thing... hmmm, the best I can think of is flavor texting natural weapons and such as other things. Natural armor need not be actually tougher hide, could be because your shield arm is now metal...
