Request to remove an item from sidecart

Hi guys - was hoping I could have the Reign of Winter Adventure Path Pawn Collection removed from my sidecart before the subscriptions orders are done? I bought these in another order recently without remembering that I'd had them in the sidecart already :(

Could I also make sure that the Pathfinder Flip-Mat: Hill Country is just a display bug for the upcoming order, as I requested that the Maps subscription start on the Cave Chambers Map Pack?

I have cancelled the Reign of Winter Pawn Collection as requested. I also gave your Maps subscription a quick poke so that its now properly displaying Cave Chambers as your starting item. Let me know if I can be of further service!

The only other thing that seems to have happened is that Order 3141072 does not seem to have put itself into the sidecart to ship with the rest of my subscriptions. I thought I had asked it to yesterday, but maybe I hit the wrong options.
