Hi,
When I try to confirm an order I just get a message "The payment method you selected was declined for the following reason: One or more fields in the request contains invalid data." And I'm pretty sure everything is correct there.
When I try to add a new payment method via "My Account" the system just displays "Important: Please add a billing address" after I've given the address.
Any way to get around this?

It looks like the system was being a little bit buggy about saving the address. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Additionally, the correct country had not be selected for the billing address.
I have poked things into place from our side of the system, and you should be good to now. The order has successfully been processed now.

Sorry for butting in, but I've had this sort of thing happen to me before on other websites. One solution I have that almost always works for me is opening the page in question on a different browser.
For example, I'm on a mac and generally use Safari. When I run into the issue Karma is having, I'll get off Safari and come back to the page in Firefox, and I'm good to go.
Sharaya and the Paizo team are some of the most helpful customer service people out there. But maybe this solution can help you if you should have the same problem in the future on a different website where the help team isn't as capable.
