So my party has nearly cleared the outer grounds of the manor. After the first encounter with the centipede, they had to retreat and heal Dex damage for 4 days. After that, they returned and searched the right wing of the outer grounds.. Now they are leaving to rest again before exploring the inside.
Now what about the div that lairs here. Wouldn't he notice that his outter buffer has been breached? After 5 days wouldnt the div notice the activity? What steps could he take? Possibly lure in a new buffer critter from the random encounter list?

I'd add a few more Vargouilles, after all the Div has been breeding them. Possibly on alert or patrol.
I'd personally add another squad of them in the house, perhaps a pair similar to the one found on the second level (though they only congregate when alerted at the inner garden). Point being the minions of Imanish are on alert.

So I decided that the doru enlisted Chundrens Champions with charms and empty promises. The party just went back, defeated the champions, and nearly cleared the main house after swirling, chaotic brawl. The doru survived along with 1 vargouille. He drove the party off, but after giving it his all he merely drove them off, and knows they have a really dangerous paladin with them. I may have him try to create 1-2 more vargouille s if he has time, or he might flee and show up later as suggested if they show up to soon.
