Any Summoner friendly prestige classes?

Advice

This ones just a question thats come up during one ofm y games and I was unable to come up with an answer does anybody know of any Summoner friendly Prestige classes or are they the only class that has none currently?

There is nothing that continues to progress their Eidolon, which is pretty much the core aspect of the class. So I'd say no, there's not really a good prestige class for it, unless you only take 1 or 2 levels of one, but then that's not even really worth it.

The Evangelist from Inner Sea Gods is very good for Summoners, but then it's very good for everybody. It has an aligned class feature, where it takes your base class and for every level after 1, you advance class abilities from your bass class. So you could be Summoner 10/Evangelist 10 and have a 19th level Eidolon, Spells, and Summons.

Ah, neat, I wasn't aware of that one. Must be new?

Aye, Just released a bit ago in gods of the inner sea. Pretty easy to get into too. Take a peek.

Off the top of my head though summoners don't really play well with PrCs because they want their summon monster and eidolon and casting to progress, and at best you'll just get your casting to progress until they change how PrCs work or make a summoner specific PrC. Evangelist is probably the best bet, though its far from perfect. Setting specific attachments and religious. blech!

Yeah, Inner Sea Gods just came out. WalterGM did a nifty guide to it here.
