@OP: It seems pretty obvious your PCs will get equipment very early on in your career. You should just choose the PC you want. Perhaps don't pick a PC who requires specialized gear, as it may not be forthcoming.
Only a few character classes are gear-dependent in a way that makes them unwise to play with this starting arrangement. Both Wizard and Gunslinger seem like a bad idea, unless your GM says otherwise. Anything else ought to work.
Human oracle (choose one with an elemental touch attack like flame, stome etc) take improved unarmed strike and revelation strike.
You can melee effectively for some rounds per day and you have full casting.
