Question concerning a proposal from my eidolon

The Eidolon I am summoning, Pseudonymus, has this idea that if he successfully grabbed on to another otherworldly being or something of that sort, in the right circumstances, that by de-summoning him, I could banish whatever we were fighting onto another plane along with Pseudonymus.

As I am a new summoner, I want to check his reasoning. Is this allowed in the rules?

When I read the title my first thought was "Umm...that's a very close summoner to eidolon relationship." LOL

No, when the eidolon "banishes" only he goes away.

You can always try: Make your eidolon grab an squirrel, a rat or something, and do the De-Summon trick.

If the rat is banished, try then with a street cat, a stray dog, then a wild horse... so you can discard if size is a concern.

And no, summoning your eidolon is not a first level plane shift for summoners. Every eidolon would have grapple feats and evolutions then.

If you're allowed to bring someone along with a teleportation effect it will explicitly say that you can. It doesn't, so you can't.

Here is a question: if the eidolon stuffed the enemy into a bag of holding, would it get desummoned too? I mean, equipment gets carried along for the ride, so it the bag goes, then the only entrance/exit goes with it

(I am not going to get into an argument about whether the extradimensional space goes for the ride; lets stick to practical terms).

This sounds like a solution for what to do when you are facing regeneration without the means to get past it on hand. Just smack the thing until it gets knocked out, stuff it, and then send it to time out until your wizard gets his spells together.
