dragons and plethora of attacks

Rules Questions

can anyone help me out with this?

a dragon has the following melee attack options: bite +20 (2d8+12), 2 claws +20 (2d6+8), 2 wings +15 (1d8+4), tail slap +15 (2d6+12)

i have a hard time remembering if i can only attack with one of those options or can i utilize all of the options.

My assumption is that i can utilize all of the attacks in one round, but i suffer penalties to hit after the first. I think its -5 on each other beyond the first option.

If the dragon has moved more than a 5' step, they may make a single attack.

If the dragon has not moved more than a 5' step, they may attack with all. The -5 for secondary attacks (wings and tail in this case) has already been factored in, so use the bonuses as given on the attacks.

Sczarni

Yep. Sniggevert, That should be right. If the monster has Multiattack, then those secondary attacks only suffer a -2 penalty instead of the -5.

Yep. That dragon's full attack is 20/20/20/15/15/15, which is bite/claw/claw/wing/wing/tail If it hits with everything, it'll do 4d8+6d6+48 damage.

Appreciate the help guys.
I hardly ever utilize large animals with multiple attacks, so its difficult for me to remember this.
