The ordering system seems to have changed since I last used it. When I was setting up an order this morning it never prompted me with shipping or payment options like it normally does. If possible can this be shipped with my AP subscription. It also states it is pending and waiting for a method of payment. The order is no longer in my cart and I am unable to add a payment through my accounts. It can be billed the the only card I have on file with you.

I have moved this order to your sidecart to ship with your April AP subscription.
It looks like the problem with the payment method was actually a bug in the system, that was not recognizing that there was a payment method for this order. I was able to manually set the payment method and it should be good to go now.

I received book Pathfinder AP #80 Empty Graves today as part of my subscription on order #3069757. My two items from #2908291 were not included in the April shipment. I think we may still have a problem from this order. I am okay with them being shipped with May's AP #81, I just want to make sure they are included this time. Could you please take another look into this for me?

I'm sorry that you didn't get the items that were supposed to have gone out with this month's subscriptions. Sometimes our sidecarts can be a little bit stubborn. The best way to make sure that next month's subscription shipment contains these items is to check your account when we're running the authorizations.
For May subscriptions, we are currently planning on authorizing on May 8th and 9th. Please keep an eye on your account around then, and if you do not see these items with your subscription, either post another thread here or email us at customer.service@paizo.com to let us know and we can take care of it ASAP.
