Not sure if it's perfect, but I would allow it. But you couldn't take Snake Fang until level 6 with that combo, it has to be taken with a bonus feat. Your second level bonus feat is taken by Unbalancing Counter.
MoMS is for dipping IMO, makes one wonder what Paizo was thinking - probably thinking it would be a great way to take away crane wing from monks. Loosing flurry of blows for a monk is pretty serious. Not sure if it is a good optimization, unless you want a character that doesn't hit much but doesn't get hit much. Kind of the problem with sword and board fighters. Wow, that guy has awesome AC, but why fight him when someone else is more squishy and deal with the tin can last because he really isn't that dangerous. Loosing speed, FoB, most of what makes a monk go. Won't be effective in Dimensional Savant chain. Dimensional Savant introduction with Ultimate Combat is what monks were looking for, with retraining...it turns monks into machines of destruction at level 12 - hit anywhere full attack, Ki ring for 1 point cost Abundant Step, and Ki Leech = what monks in my fantasy mind should be.

Actually, You could still acquire it by level 2! You would have to start with Unarmed Fighter -> Snake Style, then at level 2, MoMS -> Snake Fang. Honestly, the last 5 levels of the Monk class really don't matter. They don't do much for the monk at all.
I agree with your paragraph of wordy thingies! I'm working on a build purely for that. Flowing+Qinggong Monk17/Unarmed Fighter1/Cleric1/Wizard1. You can protect yourself to no end(wizard spells in wand form), throw out dozens of attacks in a round depending on the situation(dex+snake fang+flurry+AoOs), Dimensional Dervish by 15(abundant step), reflect spells(volley), insta-kill(quivering palm), daze or stagger(cleric+domain+conductive weapon), prone with trip(punishing kick), and stun(stunning fist) ALL DAY LONG! Then throw some UMD in there with Dangerously Curious to make it a class skill, and find you a wand of Strong Jaw to get a nice powerful unarmed strike! woooo. Not to mention the combination of snake fang/unbalancing counter and flat-footing everyone :)
