Maybe this could be something we put on the GM Prep Site under Helpful Resources. This way, it could be a group process to try and fill in the chart as spoiler free as possible. I would love to see this come to fruition, that way people could make a series of scenarios based on one NPC, for example, Grandmaster Torch.

The problem with this idea is that it would be very hard to do it in a spoiler-free way. If the NPC showing up is a surprise, then including that scenario on their list will give away that they are involved somehow.
If you dont include stuff like that, then the list is incomplete for those who really want a complete list. :/

If we post this on the GM Prep Site, I would expect some sort of spoilers. When I say as spoiler free as possible, what I meant is just list the NPCs name in one cell, but not how he's involved. I understand your point on if a NPC shows up unexpectedly and the best suggestion is to create a secondary column that's blacked out, but still searchable, or create two lists, one that's a spoiler free list and one that's spoiler abundant.
