Sylvan Bloodline and Fey Wings.

I have to admit that other than the draconic bloodline, the sylvan blood line is my second favorit that a sorcerer can have. With the right feats and traits you have a magic duo of sorcerer and animal on par with a druid but with mor transmutation options to affect the animal.

But to my question about the fey wings bloodline power.

How it reads now it seems the wings and size change work togeather, making it so you cannot use them seperatly. But never states if the power can be used for so many minutes PER DAY, or not?

Sure it says it must be used in one minute intervals, but without the PER DAY descriptor on it, it makes me think you can use it till your minutes are up, turn back to normal, then reactivate it again with full minutes restored.

So which is it?

RAW you can use it 15 minutes per level. So you need to level up before you can use it again.

That is probably not RAI. It is probably meant to have a per day tucked in there.
