Faction Goal Progression

So I have a couple of questions on faction goals for season 5.

First, for the purposes of faction goal completion for the season, is Paizo still counting scenario faction success for scenarios from the first half of the season?

For the scenarios yet to be published, is there a list of the level tiers that they sit in?

I ask because I'd like, if possible, to further the goals of my factions.

Take a look at your factions' latest faction-goal-letter (in the faction talk subforum). Each contains a list of scenarios the faction will be important in.

I imagine the more recent a scenario is, the more likely it is that the result will have an impact on the storyline.
