Howdy,
My players are a few months away from starting a Skulls & Shackles game. In the beginning of that game there is some time where the PCs are not trusted and limited on access of the ship, etc.
One of my PCs is an oracle and I was wondering how one would suppress the divine magic an oracle has access to. I.e. an item (or spell) that limits spell abilities or spell casting?
Is there something like that already in the Pathfinder system?

Depends on how paranoid people want to be. Generally speaking a spell caster is only slightly more dangerous than an unarmed fighter. Sure they still have their 'weapon' but if you don't trust them you just assign a few people to keep an eye on them. Spellcasting creates noticeable effects even if they don't involve verbal or somatic components.
Now if you have to be absolutely sure, manacles and blindfolds. Manacles will prevent your spell caster from performing somatic components, and make it harder to remove the blindfold. The blindfold prevents the caster from targeting anything other than himself and what he can touch.
Or you could use magic. Your pirates have access to Anti-Magic Field? Probably not. Silence is possible but...
