Probably. There are still other iconics and other classes. Two if the characters in skull and shackles came from the classes in the Pathfinder RPG Advanced Player Guide, and there are more in there to choose from. One of the Adventure Paths is a Ninjas sort of theme, with an iconic ninja and a samurai.

Skald is a Barbarian Bard (Literally. The Advanced Class Giude classes are mixes of 2 base classes)
Investigator is an Alchemist Rogue, so it'll probably have some of Merisiel's signature skills (Disable comes to mind), but with more intelligence and the Craft skill

Don't most rogues have more intelligence than Merisiel though? I don't think I've ever created a rogue with int as it's lowest stat in my life. Now admittedly I'm more used to the version of AD&D (3.5?) where disable was based off of int, so without that I might not make it super high - but still it gives you more skill points regardless and rogues are all about the skills.

Meriseil's Intelligence score is another Pathfinder RPG bit. As the Iconic Rogue, it was unusual for a rogue to have a lower intelligence but that was the way she is. Some people seem to see things like this (and Ezren's lack of blessings) as poor design but I personally like them as they are staying true to the roots they are building on. Keep it up guys.

these still need better names :/ skald and investigator and bloodrager are the best all the others sound terribad and placeholdery
i say we smack mike with a dead fish
The Pathfinder Adventure Card Game folks didn't come up with the names of the classes. They all come from the Pathfinder RPG sourcebook "Advanced Class Guide", which will come out in August.

I don't think it's poor design as I find the character very playable - I'm just saying she's not a standard rogue, that's all. And pointing out that it would be difficult for the investigator to NOT have more intelligence, since Merisiel has basically barbarian level intelligence.
