I'm looking for help on reworking the Dawnflower's kiss into a different item. None of the characters worship Sarenrae and the only one who could wield it is the Paladin and Radiance is enough. It doesn't have to be a weapon, in fact crafting something more appropriate to a sorcerer would be the best for my party as I've got items planned for the others. I'm not really familiar with what casters want aside from boosting their casting stat and I'd like to make it a bit more special than a beefed up headband. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm playing in a RotRL campaign (but GMing a WotR campaign) and my female Sylph Wizard(Air Specialist/Wind Listener) is a devout follower of Desna. After some story and encounters that were appropriate, my Wizard received a Sparkwave Starknife as a reward, and along with it proficiency is starknives. You could maybe build something from there. I know personally what I'm hoping I can work collaboratively with my GM to actually turn the Sparkwave Starknife into an item that works sort of like a staff for purposes of maybe one or two more spells plus using my CL & stats for variables.

Sounds overpowered. It should also be more in character with the Goddess, not just a "Screw These Specific Demon Lords" device.
You are both right. It is overpowered. It's purposely overpowered.
We have 18 level characters with mythic tier 8 or 9 by now! They are invading an abyssal prison to rescue the corrupted herald of a godess that just spoke with them.Game balancing, for me, no more matters. Only awesomess must reign! They must be able to charge throught Iz by air and let the horde see them and tremble at their majestic presence!
It is the stuff of legends.
If you still not like it, what about a ranged weapon purposely made to slay lamashtu offsprings (since Desna hates her soo much)? Baphomet, and by logic, any of his minotaur servants, fall into this category.

That is power-gaming. I look at things as a GM (as I am one). Even artifacts must maintain game balance.
Otherwise, what's to stop me as a GM from creating the Demonic Artifact of Mythic Slaying, where the Demon Lord can just press a button and any Mythic character within 100 miles of the Artifact dies instantly, no save, and comes back as a Mythic Demonic Slave of the Demon Lord? Because hey, Demon Lords are in essence Gods on their own Abyssal Plane, so if a God can make such a device? So can the Demon Lord. Only works on the Abyssal Plane belonging to the Lord.

I'm also a GM.
You example is a bit extreme. How do you keep your players at the table if you rockfalleverybodydies people like this?My idea was giving pcs a gs 10 mount that can carry them where they want,
withstand some hits and allow them a really cool areal battle vs balor lord on the skies of Iz, since he probably will ride a certain silver dragon.
About the desnan relic, what about something different. Something revolving luck? That is an aspect of the goddes that can really be subtle, like allowing to reroll few saves, or create something like a cloud of butterflies that grants costant concealment?

Your example is a "here, insert this cheat code so you can instantkill the Big Boss and win the game." I'm just pointing out that it is no more fun to snap your fingers and have the enemy just die than it is to have rocks fall, everyone dies, and then comes back as zombies for the enemy.
The best games are those that are challenging but not impossible to win. All that Caius is looking for is an artifact to replace an existing artifact but which has a Desnian feel to it. As such the artifact should be of equivalent power, not "insert cheat code here."
