Hey Guys,
I'm a little confused how cleric domains work in Pathfinder Society. The Cleric Domain ability is as follows:
A cleric's deity influences her alignment, what magic she can perform, her values, and how others see her. A cleric chooses two domains from among those belonging to her deity. A cleric can select an alignment domain (Chaos, Evil, Good, or Law) only if her alignment matches that domain. If a cleric is not devoted to a particular deity, she still selects two domains to represent her spiritual inclinations and abilities (subject to GM approval). The restriction on alignment domains still applies.
Does this mean that if I were to not pick a deity, I could pick any combination of domains/sub-domains that I wanted, provided they aren't conflicting alignment domains?

A bit more clarification for PFS Clerics from the Guide to Organized Play:
Religion: Characters can elect to worship any deity
listed in a table of gods in the Core Rulebook, The Inner
Sea World Guide, Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Gods and
Magic, or any other source listed as an official Additional
Resource. Characters may elect to worship an evil god,
but must always be within one alignment step of their
chosen deity. For clerics, this is an especially important
choice, since the deity’s alignment determines whether
the cleric channels positive or negative energy, a decision
with significant tactical implications for the cleric and
her allies. Clerics, inquisitors, paladins, cavaliers of the
order of the star, and samurai of the order of the star must
choose a deity as all classes in Golarion that receive spells
and abilities from a specific divine source receive their
powers from a deity. Druids, oracles, and rangers are
the exception to this rule. The list is not exhaustive, and
divine spellcasters of any future classes whose sources are
added as additional resources to the Pathfinder Society
Organized Play campaign will be required to choose a
deity unless otherwise specified. Otherwise, characters
who do not receive powers from a divine source may
choose to be atheists or to have no deity at all.
Emphasis mine. Simply put, Clerics, Inquisitors, and Paladins must choose a Deity.

All clerics, paladins, inquisitors, and cavalier/samurai of the star have to have a deity in pathfinder society play.
If your playing a character without a deity you ideally get to pick two domains to represent whatever your representing. Just not in society play.
Edit: Ninja'd. And with a block of quote too.

Oh, I did not know that you can choose up to two different deities for characters. The more you know.
Outside of PFS you can probably do multiple character worship or pantheon since a lot of that falls on setting related options. Inside of it... I'm not even sure what their ideas on religious traits and conversions are. Ideally if you don't have a mechanical benefit you can claim your Aroden's long lost son come to save the heathen's of the world by stealing artifacts from the pathfinder society. You might look crazy, and you probably are, but you can do it.

You have to choose a single deity. Most, but not all, are PFS legal but like anything else you choose you should make sure to check. You can retrain your domain selection within the offerings of your deity but you cannot change your deity selection.
There is the separatist archetype which lets you choose a domain not normally available to you as though you were (I think) 2 levels lower.
