A vindicator can channel energy into his shield as a standard action; when worn, the shield gives the vindicator a sacred bonus (if positive energy) or profane bonus (if negative energy) to his Armor Class equal to the number of dice of the vindicator’s channel energy. This bonus lasts for 24 hours or until the vindicator is struck in combat, whichever comes first. The shield does not provide this bonus to any other wielder, but the vindicator does not need to be holding the shield for it to retain this power

Versitile channel:
If you normally channel positive energy, you may choose to channel negative energy as if your effective cleric level were 2 levels lower than normal.
If you normally channel negative energy, you may choose to channel positive energy as if your effective cleric level were 2 levels lower than normal.
7th level, channel one in, get a +4, then the other, +3, you get +7 till someone hits you ontop of your normal bonuses.
Will this work or did i miss some faq about the bonuses cause RAW states that sacred bonuses dont stack withother sa…red and profaine dosent stack with other profane.

1) At first I thought it would work how you think it does, clarifying that it would take 2 separate usages of the ability. Versatile Channel does not let you do both at once, it lets you choose one instead of doing the other. (not clear if that's what you're describing or not)
2) But then I realized I don't think it works at all like how you think. I don't believe you're actually using Channel Energy per se when you use the ability, which on the plus side means you're not blowing Channel Energy usages for it: Compare to Channel Smite, which makes it clear how it is utilizing the same Channel Energy sub-system etc. This has no such mechanical linkage, only a reference to "channel[ing] energy into his shield" but i can't say that's a clear reference to a specific mechanic, rather than just a flowery turn of phrase in standard English. I can't really say definitively one way or the other, although the difference vs. how Channel Smite approached things (explicitly referencing usage of Channel Energy usages, etc) make me lean towards saying it isn't using Channel Energy per se.
If you're not actually spending a usage of Channel Energy (or 2 usages for both sides of Versatile Channel) then there is no reason to invoke the option of Versatile Channel, leaving the meaning of "the number of dice of the vindicator’s channel energy" as being the dice of the Channel Energy CLASS FEATURE per se... Versatile Channel only modifies that when you are actually choosing to use it via Channel Energy, not on things based on measurements of that class feature.

@Quandary: I disagree that the wording on Channel Smite - though precisely worded - can be used to infer about another ability that lacks clarity.
In my reading (and supposedly your initial one) "channel energy into his shield" and specifying positive or negative energy, heavily suggests that a use of channel energy is used.
No doubt that could have been written more clearly, but my guess is that around 95% of people reading the ability for the first time, understands it as requiring a use of channel energy.
@OP: It is probably disallowed due to the "Same Effect with Differing Results" part of "Combining Magic Effects".
