So I am building a sniper rogue and want to build it around the heavy repeating crossbow and have discovered that there are not any named magic crossbows.
So I was thinking that we could rectify this by creating some... anyone want to give it a shot?
Why does it matter if they have names?
Bc the specific magic weapons have extra abilities that you cant just build yourself
There's also the crossbow of retribution and the skyrocket crossbow, but those don't seem to be names in the way you mean.

Heartseeker Bolt Thrower: +3 Crossbow (heavy repeater) d12 damage, This cross bow, which is a bit larger then the normal variants of it's kind, has the hate of it's wielder imbued upon it. When it is created, an item, usually bone or flesh, is included in it's making. The weapon develops a slight sentience and lust for killing that creature type. Upon being fired at it's foe, this weapon increases to 3d6 damage, and acts as if it had Bane for that creature type.
Furthermore to enhance it's already demanding need for it's enemies blood, the weapon will whisper warnings mentally to the wielder when it's foe is anywhere within 100'. This allows the weapon to ignore any concealment capabilities or blinded effects from the wielder. This is a supernatural ability to sense their presence and cannot be cloaked in any way, provided they are on the same plane as the wielder. This weapon cannot deal subdual damage in any way to it's "racial" foe.
