When will we get the 2014 Star Voter or better tags?
Nice. The in-world connection didn't thrill me, but very well done otherwise!

I saw a poop-related item...
Oop, found an literal spell-in-a-can.

I just found the item that Beardforge is going to marry and make lots of gonzo, game-breaking, hardcore-gamer-infuriating items with.

I know! I'll take an already existing classic magic item of the game that ISN'T a wondrous item and find a way to MAKE IT a wondrous item! How clever and original.
*Epic Facepalm*
Dude, I don't want to wear some other guy's flayed skin on my body! Can't you just make it out of regular animal leather or something?
I'm not sure how useful these "make a bridge" items are; I've seen four now. Do people tend to have problems crossing chasms and pits in their games?
Just got a pairing with the biggest difference in wordcount yet. Max vs. double digits.
Found an item that I would love to use, if only for the fun.

I think you meant "plane" instead of "plant," but it's still a much, MUCH better item than the other one.
Nope, that's a cursed item. Please read the rules carefully and try again next year.

Is anyone else seeing one comment or another and wondering whether they're talking about your item?

What's really getting me is the number of times I have to choose between "Is that it?" and "Oh, Hell, no!"

Kerney wrote: Is anyone else seeing one comment or another and wondering whether they're talking about your item? I'm just assuming that all of these are about my item. It'll make the feedback thread that much less terrifying.
Already a Star Voter, Kerney? Way to go!

;) Is this because you're not in the contest? Yes, sorry. I was making a joke, and now I see it has fallen flat. :) I work here. I can't enter.
Hm. Too many construction requirements for what the item actually does.

The thing I just voted down just got voted up because the alternative was yech.
Well, I finally found one that wouldn't be too out of place in the Top 32. On that note, I'm calling it a night.
Oh no... Heard some excellent criticism that probably applies to my item...
**sigh**

But...but...but...*neither* of those are Wondrous Items. So which one is the least illegal?

I think I saw this one in Thor.
Just saw an item that's priced about 10 times more than it should be for what it does.

Even if something isnt formatted properly, the item itself can be better than a properly formatted item correct?

Joke item. For the third time!
Urg, so many words. Tell me what the item does; I can leave the how up to the customization of the player/GM.
Wait! I saw something similar before
Read the description. "Oh dear god this is going to be such a cool item". Read the effect. Literally feel the item fall flat on its face.
I'm seeing lots of quills and bridges.
I'm either seeing a lot that are priced way too low or I totally don't understand the rules for pricing. =P
Feros wrote: BRAIN BLEACH!!! NOW!!! On that note, I feel like the word "orifice" in an item just makes it a bit less likely to get my vote.
Name that has little/no connection with the item's abilities. Seen this a couple of times.
Cthulhudrew wrote: Name that doesn't has little/no connection with the item's abilities. Seen this a couple of times. Yep, including one with the name misspelled.
Lots of [ b ] TITLE [ / b] in the item name. Cut and paste is dangerous in the hands of the uninitiated...
2 decent choices. One I really like, but the name was weak.
Feros wrote: BRAIN BLEACH!!! NOW!!! Congrats on being a star voter.
I wrote a joke item the other day and gave up on it. Now I read something really like it...hmmm...
And I voted for it
