I've always loved the Disciple and this could be a fun way to build it.
An Oracle with the Lore mystery gets all knowledges which will help with entry requirements and gives you SideStep Secret which will help your AC and Lorekeeper will make you the smartest dragon disciple ever.
For curses you have some options: you could go Dual-Cursed wolfscarred/deaf for more natural attacks, blackened if you go Red/Gold for more fire spells or Wrecker if you rely on natural attacks and are expecting a lot of constructs.
Finally eldritch heritage(Abyssal) is an easy pick for Human or Half-Elf which gives you even more claw attacks and a big boost in strenght

Just keep in mind that Sidestep is a Supernatural ability meaning it turns off if magic is suppressed (ie. anti-magic field). If you want a version that doesn't do this, go for Nature mystery and pick up Nature's Whispers. It applies to AC and CMB rather than AC and Reflex. You can also take Scion of War to get Cha to Initiative and maybe even a Paly dip to get Cha to saves. Dex? What Dex?

i also like the idea of doing this with an aasimar, and there's a few interesting things you can do picking up it up with half-breeds too... but any race other than a human is gonna miss that racial bonus feat when they spend a feat on racial heritage early.
if you want to make the ultimate cleaver: a half-orc with racial heritage[dwarf] can take all the goblin/orc/giant cleaver dwarf feats plus the surprise follow-through orc feats.
an idyllkin or lawbringer aasimar with racial heritage[orc] would make a heck of a scarred witch doctor, or stonelord paladin with dwarf heritage instead. or any aasimar with racial heritage[tiefling] would have plenty of interesting rp opportunities and could pick up some pretty solid feats like armor of the pit.
you could add an interesting twist to a character by taking tengu or kitsune heritage to pick up tengu wings and/or raven form, or fox form and/or magic tail.
for a dragon themed character- kobold has more to offer than just scaled disciple: the dragon scales/breath/wings/paragon chain would give nice flavor to any class (and could pair nicely with eldritch heritage[draconic] if you have the Cha and available feats for it).
grippli heritage allows you to take agile tongue, lol. that could be a fun/gross characteristic for a strange build (and it delivers touch attacks with reach, so could make for an interesting caster build).
with an ifrit you can see through smoke and fire, and add fire damage to your attacks. sylph can let you see through fog and mist and gain a natural fly speed. oread opens up tremorsense and a burrow speed/earth glide. and, undine can gain the amphibious subtype.

Hmm, I just checked and you're right; those particular feats, despite being in the Half-Orc feat section, don't list the Half-Orc racial prereq. Though, I'd more likely presume that's an oversight rather than deliberate.
