I'm very disappointed this mid-November order hasn't been posted yet.
Since its being sent to Europe I probably won't receive it now till the end of January what with the xmas rush and holiday season customs backlog.

If I had known it was going to get held up so long because of an unrelated sale I would have purchased it directly from Kobold Press.

I apologize your order has not be shipped at this time. Unfortunately we had a much larger than expected response to our November Sale and our warehouse is working at above capacity. They are shipping things as fast as possible.

Two items (the two magazines) are in the shipping queue. We expect the other item to arrive sometime this month and be ready for shipping then.

Please send them all together in a box, rather than separately in two envelopes. I ordered a group of things so the order would be large enough to get properly boxed, as enveloped stuff always gets damaged in the mail. Customs also charges about $18 to process each package and I don't want to have to pay that fee twice.

If its not possible to keep the order together in one shipment, please cancel the whole thing. I haven't downloaded the pdf which was also attached.

But this is absolutely the last thing I buy from Paizo.

You actually removed the "backorder" tag from the Midgard Campaign setting in mid-November (go check your logs). I placed the order assuming you now had it back in stock and that the bundle of items would all be shipped together.
