How long should I give customer services to reply?

I managed to foul up an order I placed on Sunday (December 1), and immefiately emailed customer services about it. How long do they usually take to get back in touch? I'm figuring they'll probably need a little extra time to allow for the holiday weekend.

Right now we are pretty far behind and working as quickly as possible.

Fair 'nough, I'll give it a few more days, thanks.

Ok. It's now been eight days since my email. Should I be considering trying to get in touch a different way? (Really don't want to phone Seattle from the UK if I can avoid it. )

I feel your pain as I'm also in the UK and calling Seattle is not really an option.

I sent CS an email on the 26th November and received a reply on 6th December (i.e. 8 working days) so with any luck you'll get a reply soon, but I suspect the start of a new month is a busy time for them..?

Regards,
Mike

It might be worth looking into calling from Skype as an alternative, as it's a lot cheaper than a BT landline (although even those have come down a lot nowadays, my last call to Paizo from the UK came to less than 50p, it's 13.3p a minute in the evenings I think)

The other alternative is to raise your query directly on the forums where possible, as that usually seems to get answered next working day at the latest.

For myself the issue is as much logistical and temporal as it is financial but the suggestion regarding the forum is one I'll bear in mind, thanks.

Mike

We are fairly backed up with customer service requests. I don't have an eta on getting to a particular point in our inbox.
We're going as fast as we can.
