I have just returned home from vacation to discover that my recent order from you has incurred customs charges, despite its contents not actually being liable for them.
Upon investigation this is due to your customs declaration incorrectly listing the contents of the package as "merchandise" instead of "books", despite your earlier communication to the contrary.

What happened to August's comic (city of secrets 4)?
Dynamite's website is now listing CoS#4 as "In Stock". When I checked yesterday it was "Coming Soon", so that's a step in the right direction.
In my experience Dynamite's publishing dates have a tendency to slip from time to time.
It's that time of the month again.
For the third month in a row I still don't have the option to place orders into my sidecart. I can select between three different flavours of shipping and handling but my sidecart is essentially off the menu :(
Please can someone move Order 3192449 accordingly?
Also, there's still no Print/PDF bundle available for Gygax magazine issue #4. Could the relevant Paizo goblin give the TSR dragons a prod in this regard? And am I correct in thinking the PDF will be retroactively added to my purchase when available?

Further to the above, I've just received an email notification that the payment method for my subscription and the sidecar item has been declined.
I had this exact problem last month too. The problem is at your end, not an issue with the card or funds.
Please can you rectify this?

I am indeed following those steps. After clicking on "Change Shipping Details" I land on a page that says "Ship it", which gives my address and three shipping options (Standard Postal Delivery, USPS First Class and USPS Priority). There's nothing on that page about the sidecart.
In case this was a browser or platform issue I've tried placing (uncompleted) orders in both Safari and Chrome on both an iPad and a Windows laptop.
I've also tried ordering both Paizo and third-party products, in case that was at fault for some reason, but I still get no sidecart options.
Just placed the above order. I was hoping to put this item in my sidecart so that it will ship with my next subscription but I was never given the option. Any chance you can change the order at your end?
This is the second order I've placed with you since you "upgraded" the shopping cart and I've had the same problem on both occasions. Is this a problem with the cart or am I missing something?
I'm having trouble with orders #3154368 and #3024769.
There is apparently an issue with the payment method for #3154368, although this has worked perfectly ok in the past (specifically order #3024754) and worked fine for order #3024769.
I've tried various combinations of retrying the payment method and adding it anew without success.
Also, I was hoping to add the two orders together so that they ship at the same time but all the old options for doing this seem to have disappeared since I last placed an order with you.
Please can you assist?

Honestly, you have no need to apologise. You and everyone else involved have gone out of your way to indulge me at what is clearly a busy time. You could have easily said "Sorry, it's broken and won't be fixed until after we've caught up".

Further to Justin's instructions in this thread: Help with Pact Magic 2 pdf / hardcopy bundle, I've added the Gygax issue #2 print/PDF bundle to my shopping cart.
Ideally, I'd like to add the hard copy to the items in my sidecart so that they're all part of the same order. Hopefully that's still possible now that you've started the spawning process?

I feel your pain as I'm also in the UK and calling Seattle is not really an option.
I sent CS an email on the 26th November and received a reply on 6th December (i.e. 8 working days) so with any luck you'll get a reply soon, but I suspect the start of a new month is a busy time for them..?
