On the SRD fire mephits say that they are core, lightning and smoke say that they are third party, none of the others say at all. Where are the rest from?

From Bestiary: Air, Dust, Earth, Fire, Ice, Magma, Ooze, Salt, Steam, Water.

Edit: From there, anything else is at least "not core", possibly a setting splat book or AP. Just as likely to be from a 3PP source.
