A human summoner with Cooperative Nature feat, their eidolon can benefit that bonus feat?

No.

Some Summoner class feats (the ones marked with the Evolution trait) will affect the Eidolon instead of the Summoner.

The Eidolon can also get skill feats from Skilled Partner.

I don't think there is a way for an Eidolon to get General (non-skill) feats or Ancestry feats.

Your Eidolon can also be a target of a feat that has you select an ally - such as the Sniping Duo Dedication feat.
