Magic ingredients, not spells

Rules Questions

Is there a provision in the rules anywhere for a skill such as craft or profession to use Herbalist/physicker or the like to craft healing potions and salves from magical ingredients instead of actually casting the spell?

One would have to assume such ingredients are present in your campaign setting I know, but the idea is pretty mainstay for fantasy isn't it?

I think there is a trait that lets someone use Craft:Alchemy to make potions, check the d20PFSRD

An Alchemist can make extracts (and potions of them), which aren't really spells.

There are some alchemical items that can provide minimal healing effects, cure poisons, and such. Healer's Kits can be used to cure a minor number of hit points per day and are made from non-magical ingredients. I'm not aware of anything that has the 'oomph' of a Cure Light Wounds potion without actually using magic, though.

I seem to recall a 3PP 3.5 supplement that did a lot for Craft: Alchemy, and so did the d20 version of the Iron Kingdom rules. In fact, IK did have exactly that sort of non-magical healing potion since magical healing was kinda bad.

Magical Craftsman Feat taken with Craft Alchemy.

Liberty's Edge

Crafting Potions require you to have the spell memorized or (if you are a spontaneous spellcaster) for it to be one of your know spell and that you have the appropriate spell slot available or, if you are an alchemist, to have it as one of your prepared extracts.
You can't use Master Craftsman to avoid that.

You can, instead take Master Craftsman and Craft Wondrous Item and make salves or similar items without knowing the spell.
Generally it is considered bad form to duplicate a potion using Craft Wondrous Item and both JJ and SKR (some of the developer of Pathfinder) have strongly implied that is not allowed, but there isn't an official rule or FAQ prohibiting that. Craft Wondrous Item is already the strongest crafting feat, so allowing it to duplicate what Brew potions do is a bad idea.

AFIK there is no way to do what you want without breaking some official (you must have the spell to use Brew potion) or unwritten (using Craft Wondrous Item to make potions is bad form) rule.
