advice on creating a bane magic item

Saw something on an old dnd 3.5 board and am looking to see how i can make this item in pathfinder. It was a pair of gloves that used the bane weapon quality but added the 2d6 on spells that dealt damage and added +2 to hit or to overcome spell resistance. Would really love some help creating this item regardless of price. Partially thinking it has to do similarly to a ring of wizardry for spells of x level, add 2d6 to damage of creatures that match type/alignment.

Just found it, Was using the feat Bane Magic from heroes of horror. Effectively added 2d6 to damaging spells against the type, and the feat could be taken more than once, once for each type.
How would you see this as being priced in a pathfinder game for creating a magic item with those qualities?

Giving away feats in magic items is generally bad news. That's a +1 Metamagic feat, yes?

As it's a metamagic feat, stick it into a Rod of Metamagic. Make the cost the same as other +1 Rods.

It was a standard feat but In 3.5

And magic items have been known to grant feats, I.E. alertness, deflect arrows, and even two weapon fighting via ioun stones, arrow deflection on armor, and gloves of the balanced hand.

Yes, in 3.5. They are really trying to move away from that in PF, or at least limit them to times/day. Replacing feats with gp expenditures cheapens feats.
