Pathfinder Adventure Card Game General Discussion

I have been working on a way to play this great game online with my friends using the OCTGN engine. http://octgn.net/

I currently maintain the OCTGN implementation of The Lord of the Rings (LCG) produced by FFG. http://octgn.gamersjudgement.com/wordpress/lotrlcg/

I was hoping to clarify with someone at Paizo the best way to make this available to players without infringing copyright or the community use policy.

I have a gentleman's agreement with FFG that
- card images are made available no sooner than 6 months after release
- card text is made available no sooner than 3 months after release

FFG also request that a medium image resolution is used (600 pixels high)
FFG playtesters often use OCTGN to test new sets knowing that other users cannot see any card text or images for cards that are not yet released.

If players want to add their own card scans into the game, this is possible (at any resolution and at any time) but these images are only used locally and not shared with anyone else. However scanning and cropping 600 cards is a big job and not many players are willing to put in the effort to do this.

I have a basic "game engine" working for PACG - it performs the scenario setup, creating the location and blessing decks for the players.
The only images in the game are the iconic character (avatars) from the community pack. The card images are "proxies" showing just the name of the card. The only cards with more detailed text are the locations and story cards, as this is required to perform setup, and the character cards (the game needs to know hand size and favoured card type). All of this information was taken from the character sheets made available on this website. When the game starts, the required copyright information is shown on the screen.

So - my main question is will Paizo allow me the use of the card text after 3 months and card images after 6 months or would you prefer some other scheme?

I did send an email to your licensing department 2 weeks ago but haven't heard anything as yet. I hoped that this forum might be a better place to get an answer.

I would totally buy this if it could be ported to an App, especially if it had a turn based multiplayer set up like, say, carcassone. (Drooooling.)

Android version would kick arse... like Lords of Waterdeep or Ascension on IOS
