Halfling Sorcerer looking for guild and settlement

Pathfinder Online

Hello, a little bit about me. Im 36 years old, from norway. Im married and have a little girl of only 6 months! :) I have played pen and paper rpgs since i was 14 and still do.

In pathfinder online i plan to play a sorcerer halfling, and to be a gatherer and crafstman, animal trainer as well if thats possible in the game.

Sadly i dont have ticket for the entry yet but ill buy one in next kickstarter campaign. (if someone has a pioneer entry for sale feel free to pm me) Or maybe someone has a guild entry available? Im a loyal person and if someone gets me in the first month entry, i would of course be in your guild

Feel free to pm me if you have a guild you think would be fitting :)

All the guilds around here have height requirements. sorry.

If you plan to be good aligned or good leaning neutral I would recommend The Empyrean Order or if you don't care as much about character alignment I'd recommend The Seventh Viel.

We are both pretty big, I know for certain there are a few accounts reserved for active members in TEO and wouldn't be surprised to hear TSV has some as well.

Guild Recruitment & Helpful Links has a fairly exhaustive list of guilds which have posted recruitment threads on these forums, as well as some other stuff that you may find useful.

I suggest Nihimon's link. It is kept current and includes organizations of all different sizes, specializations, interests, and goals.

To briefly derail, thank you again Nihimon for your hard work on that and other community threads.

I don't get it...

"if you don't care about alignment..."

I find Andius' take on that to be a hoot!

Goblin Squad Member

Well, we are explicitly Neutral...

I wish you luck but I must wait for the envisioning of Summoner and the activation of my Eidolon, my steed and champion, a flying feathered serpent. I may use minor agents, but Quetzomus is my main stay.

It's not meant to be a slight at all. I specified character alignment because I think we have a lot of the same goals as players. I made the decision to make TEO a good aligned group because I figured that RP would have huge appeal in a group that revolves around community betterment. True neutral is a great alignment for a group focused on the acquisition and promotion of knowledge, and an alliance between us is natural as we feel their role does a great deal to better the community.

For the record, I didn't take it as a slight. I just felt like I was missing out on the joke...

Hello

Isn't it a little early to shop for guilds before even alpha?

I'm looking for a guild as well. The links are definitely helpful.

Yay! Another Nyx.

For the record, TSV (at the moment) intends to be Neutral, some of us, like me, are militantly so...believing any extreme is bad due to its desire to censure its opposite. Others of us are neutral in that either through pragmatic tolerance we realize information can be found anywhere...or a true indifference to the wars between good and evil, law and chaos. Technically, this neutrality allows us to cater to any alignment (RP-wise, within game mechanics), hence Andius's comment.

What we are not neutral on is our stance on promoting positive game play. If, for instance, Reputation remains a metric used to measure "positive gameplay", we will do everything in our power to promote and empower those with positive rep...and to fight those with negative. This is where we share commonality and cause and is the seed of our relationship with TEO.

For the record...

Well since this thread has attracted the good and the neutral I guess its time for the bad to jump in. Hello to both of you, should you wish to join a pvp centric company drop me a line with any questions you have.

I don't mind a bit of pvp but I don't think I want to join a group that is all about it. I'm seeing a lot of back story with some of the posts in this thread lol.

Many of the existing posts are from the more active organizations, and being active certainly causes some background to occur.

I personally do not feel that any guild is a bad guild at the meta-level as of right yet, despite whatever bickering or pre-formed alliances may already be made.

A good way to get a feel for members already in the organizations, as for many people it is not how they play it is who they play with, the Community Introductions thread Keovar has includes some of the most active folks and affiliations. As part of TEO, I am available to answer any questions that may be had about the organization. I am almost positive that representatives of the other groups are more than willing to do the same if you wish to reach out to them.

I may take you up on that.

I'm beginning to think I may need a macro for that.
