So I just came up with a crazy idea for an Adventure Path for the upcoming Obsidian Apocalypse. What if I did an Alice in Wonderland / Wizard of Oz mashup. But throw some cyberpunk and horror influences in with it. You could have both of the fairy tale worlds invading the setting or something like that. What you think about that?

Do you want me writing more flavor text for it?
Looks like you'd have to be altering at least some of the base races.
I can see the 'falling down the rabbit hole/out of a tornado' to be breaching the cage surrounding the world, but that's more an outsider coming into the area scenario, rather then being a native.
But it would be a very effective intro. You could do it to a native as a stumbling into trap, sending them to part of the world never seen before.
Mmmm. Fairy carnivorous Munchkins halflings, and you just landed on their Wicked Oracle of the East. A Yellow Bone Road leading you through the lands of the Gillikin phlegm-bubble spewing Glenda the Damned Good Witc; the Winkie skulks and deryii fliers serving under the Wicked Witch of the West, the Tin Woodsman advanced construct warrior with his Adamantine Plant Bane axe hewing down the corrupted forests and snapdragon hordes of the Quadlings of the south; the undead Hungry Dire Tiger with barbarian levels the size of an elephant; the magical city of Oz caught up in warfare between the all-banshee army led by the General Jinjur the IceWight and the Queen of Spades; the vampires of the Queen of Hearts, the ghouls of the king of Clubs facing off against the skeletal legions of the Wight Lord King of Diamonds, while the Emerald City bleeds green from the radioactive balestone it is made of. The Cowardly Lion, a disgraced Leonal, wars with the fiendish blink tiger Chesire, as the King of Hearts leads his headless horsemen on undead unicorns on blood hunts and to recover his 'pet' lion...
hah! Sounds like fun. And they even have stats for the Jabberwock and Jub jub bird, and the fruminous bandersnatch...wonder how they'd fare against Ozma the succubus fairy queen?

I guess now is a good time mention it here (formal announcement coming soon) we know Obsidian Apocalypse is going to be THE name in the genre of horror and fear in Pathfinder. With that we are adding Rich Redman and Wendall Roy as writers to the Obsidian Apocalypse product line. Their main focus is to help expand and develop Obsidian Apocalypse into the new powerful Pathfinder brand for the genre of survival horror and horror in general. When you say horror in Pathfinder then you are talking about Obsidian Apocalypse, first and foremost. There are a lot of people attempting to do this in horror, but Obsidian Apocalypse has already mastered it and with the release of the campaign book (VERY soon!) we are looking to just affirm what we already know; Obsidian Apocalypse will rule the horror genre in Pathfinder.

I know this is a bit off topic, but the opportunity was too good to pass up.
Everyone, see the above quote? This is how you freaking announce writers. Not just names, but links to what they've written. It probably took him 2 minutes, and it is amazing how helpful that is.
As to the actual thread topic, if you can introduce fairy tale weirdness in such a way as to keep the post apocalyptic survival horror feel in place, then by all means go for it. But know that it isn't something that can be done half way, it has the potential to be amazing, but if you don't live up to that potential it is going to fall flat.

The way I am seeing it (but this is not set in stone) is par the setting, the Wizard of Oz Group; which I have been calling the Emerald Guard; accidentally get trapped there where they battle with the Heartless Queen.

What level would it start at and what level would it end at?
Are you saying they are natives of OA stumbling onto the Yellow Bone Road, or outsiders pulled in from outside? Is OzOa a place pulled in, or native to the world?
Given you don't have a divine god of tricksters around like Zagyg to inspire the place, demonic influence seems like a good idea, especially if you're going to be mucking about with elemental physics (no-fly zones, etc)
