What book am I thinking of?

I was reading a friend's (I think official Paizo) book that had loads of additional powers/feats/stuff for melee fighters.

It had some pretty gruesome stuff like decapitation in it. I thought it was called something like "strategies and tactics" but cannot find anything called that.

I would like to get it to make a character but cannot for the life of me remember what its name was....

Can anyone help me please?
