Here is a very unusual request, and I hope there is at least one player here who can help me.
I have been running a game here now for over a year called “Palace of the Vampire Queen”
It is a retooling of the original Judy and Pete Kerestan adventure released in 1977
Currently the game has four active players.
I am managing two NPC characters in the party, a Bard named Ahtaressa and a Ranger named Moralane (both Dwarves)
The party has just rescued a Gnome* female who is a third level Wizard, and her name is Princess Stephanie.
The party has no Arcane support (other than the Bard, and well, she isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed).
I know it is strange to ask someone to take on the role of a character that has been pre generated (on the positive side, not all of Princess Stephanie’s character statistics have been finalized) but I was really and truly hoping that someone would find this character interesting enough to take over running her for me (and ease up on the NPC burden).
Most of the players post about once a day (often a little less frequently than that). Everything you need to know about the character can be explained in a few short private messages, and for the most part I am willing to let a player develop her along any line that seems fun to the player.
I could really use the help here
So, are YOU Princess Stephanie?
*Gnomes, in this campaign setting follow all of the normal PRD rules for the race as listed, but are not actually a standalone race at all and are in fact the offspring of Goblin and a Dwarf (in this setting some Goblins get along peacefully with the dwarven population). Princess Stephanie is a Half-Goblin, her mother is a famous and powerful Goblin Witch, and her father was a Dwarven Warrior who died when she was a child. Her mother is now the consort of a Goblin who has made a claim to be the King of Balor (King of all Goblin Tribes of the island) and Princess Stephanie’s mother has authenticated this claim.

This is the alt for Princess Stephanie, and any player who is willing to take over this character can copy the information on this profile, expand and develop it as they chose. If someone does agree to play this character, I will change this alt’s name accordingly so a player can create a new alt as needed.

The only “firm” things established about her so far are these things
She is articulate
She is concerned for the safety of her half-sister (a goblin warrior named Melodak)
She is suspicious of the dwarves who have rescued her
She also suspects that the Goblin, Miagnik, is developing a crush on her (which she is not bothered by, at this time)
She takes her position as a Goblin Princess (even though she is fully aware that she is only a Half-Goblin) seriously
and
She is a little concerned for the well being of the missing Dwarven Princess

Sounds fantastic! I'll start looking through the campaign to see what's been going on. I'm really intrigued by the half-goblin thing and would be quite interested in taking up the Princess.
Is there something you'd like me to get together in application? You're also welcome to take some time and see if other parties are interested.

Great I will change the name of the alt, so it is free for you to use, and you can copy all of the information from it to help you get started. One critical thing, let's assume she has a full compliment of memorized spells (I'll let you define her spell book) but for the moment she does not have access to her spell book (it should pop in to the game soon, I hope).

Hehe... wish I'd seen this sooner, I love the gnome concept but rarely get to play one or be in games WITH them. (In a local campaign I have a human PC who is so much of a "gadgeteer" the GM has been accusing of a little gnome (is there any other kind, har) in the family tree! (Yes, I know gnomes -- especially these gnomes -- aren't necessarily "gadgety," I just like their outlook on life.)
This is basically just a dot, as I might be lurking things a bit to get my gnome fix. Congrats kdtompos, and have fun!
