I'm pretty new to pathfinder and the society. I'm using PCGen to create my characters. I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything correctly, however there is a little yellow warning icon with an exclamation point that hangs out in the bottom right corner. There doesn't seem to be anything left to do in the creation process, but I'm wondering if this icon is telling me something is wrong. I can't find anywhere in the documentation or at the wiki that mentions what this icon means. Has anyone else seen this or know what it means?

Welcome to PFS!!
Unfortunately, I have never used PCGen so I will not be much help in dealing with the icon. I would try to recreate the character on paper without looking at PCGen and then compare the results. If any differences are found, that might indicate the error PCGen is trying to let you know exists. Hope this helps and the error is found (if any, may be a glitch).

Keep in mind that PCGEN can be a little buggy and that the little yellow light is normally associated (from memory) with a dodgy calculation.
Dont also forget that like Herolab and other similiar character creatino software that you need to own the books that you are using when creating the character via pcgen.

I don't see any documentation on that, and I have been messing around with 6.0.0.1 for a little bit. I always have the green checkmark. I am assuming that there is something wrong with the dataset you are using.
Try this:
Save your character
Exit PC Gen
Restart PC Gen
Select your dataset
After all of that, do you still see the warning icon?
