Liberty's Edge

If I was the master, i'd be feeling pretty confident

*Make another attempt to knock orc off of warg*

jump 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22

Liberty's Edge

RC: You knock it off as OMH shoots the Warg out from under you. Make a reflex save.

Liberty's Edge

Reflex 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23

"Oh, wow!" I put my beer down carefully and take off after OMH and Ear Boy. "Magic Missiles coming right up!" I take aim at an orc. damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

Liberty's Edge

Orc dies, RC jumps off at just the right moment.

Liberty's Edge

*Look for another orc cultist on a warg and try and knock him off*

Jump 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20

Liberty's Edge

Yes. Now roll Handle Animal

Liberty's Edge

Handle animal 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (12) - 2 = 10

Liberty's Edge

It throws you off. That'll be another reflex save.

Dark Archive

*PANT PANT*

C'mon, guys, you know I have short legs!

GM: Are there any targets I can bomb without hitting friendlies? If so:

Lob: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Boom: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4 fire, 4 splash

Liberty's Edge

reflex 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17

Eat: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
Lead: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12

Muckle: 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Thumpers: 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15

"Dang it, where's our bird when we need him? THE ROC AND HIS MILLIONS (AND MILLIONS) OF FANS ARE NEEDED IN THE LAND OF THE EVERBOOR!"

Is there an orc or warg that is about to hit another PC or going toward the town?

I make a flurry of trips!

Sweep 1: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
CMB 1: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24
Sweep 2: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18
CMB 2: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31
Sweep 3: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
CMB 3: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21
Sweep 4: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
CMB 4: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21

They wanna mess up Genericville, they have to go through me first!
"MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMG!"

Daaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyuuuuuuuuuuuummmm.

Okay, how do I go about summoning THE ROC?

I take aim at a warg which looks like it might charge a PC or the town and let fly with more MMs.

damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Liberty's Edge

They start to turn and retreat.

Liberty's Edge

*Are they heading back towards the fort?*

"Got 'em yeller bellered culti on the run! Hahahahah!"

"We should capture at least one and see if we can interrogate it!"

Liberty's Edge

RC: No

Liberty's Edge

"That's a great idea, wanna help me?"

*Runs off toward a cultist*

"C'mon, guys, these dudes threatened our beer!"

*Scoots off after Ear Boy*

*does a mighty series of forward flips toward the nearest cultist, and plants a nonlethal kick straight between his shoulder blades*

Thump!: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Nonlethal ouch!: 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12

Liberty's Edge

One goes down unconciously.

DP:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13 for 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7

Liberty's Edge

What is everyone's alignment?

Dark Archive

Neutral Pyromaniac

Liberty's Edge

nuetral with good tendencies

Brutal Good

Liberty's Edge

DP:?

Chaotic good. We're having real wind here. Gusts up to 50 mph, and I've felt the house shaking a couple of times. Supposed to continue through tomorrow.

Okay... BG is a subalignment of LG, that emphasizes the importance of beating the s+~& out of evil.

Liberty's Edge

SJ: Stay safe.

DP: Understood.

Lost power for about 8 hours. It's back on now, but still windy, so there's no guarantee. I'll check in as I can.

Liberty's Edge

Good luck SJ, The wind was horrible in my neck of the woods

Yeah, we're still getting it. The poor cats are all sparky, so there's no way I can do anything right. Where's your neck of the woods in general?

Liberty's Edge

I am in martinez, ca.

Hey, right down the road! Coolness!

@The Head Dude/ss: So, Fearless Lich-er, what next?

Liberty's Edge

the cultists retreat, and *almost* everyone keeps on cheering you.

Liberty's Edge

Who's not cheering?

We do have a captive don't we?

Liberty's Edge

One guy is still worried a few escaped.

Who is it that's worried? I politely try to find out if s/he knows anything, or if there any any suspicions s/he has about what is going on.

Liberty's Edge

I believe the mute monk has captured one, lets interrogate it. We need OMH he's really good at this sort of thing

Liberty's Edge

1 person marked this as a favorite.

SJ: He thinks they went to their Astral keep, but before you go there you need the Key of Opening hidden in the Poorly Locked Chest of Magic Items!

Are we on a schedule or something?

"Okay, everyone, I just heard something interesting! Maybe we don't need to waste our time interrogating the captive."

I repeat the information you just gave me to the party, trying to explain with hand signs and diagrams for DP.

Hmmm... odd, she doesn't seem to think I can hear. Odd.

"Mmmmmg."

I nod.

Liberty's Edge

"Where is this poorly locked chest?"
"What is an astral keep?"

Dark Archive

"I've heard of some goblins keeping those at their warcamps. Do Orcultists do that too?"

I ask the guy who mentioned it where this Poorly Locked Chest is located.

Liberty's Edge

SJ: Not as far as you know.

RC: The poorly locked chest is in the Evil Lair. An astral keep is a hideaway on the Astral Plane.

Liberty's Edge

Can I make any kind of knowledge check, to ascertain the location of the evil lair

Knowledge?: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
