Hi,
I'm considering running Carrion Crown for a group of Augmenteds from Verces, This means, of course, that I need to be able to give them options to be cybernetically enhanced, and ideally I'd be able to point them to a PFRPG-compatible pdf rather than develop everything from scratch.
Any suggestions?

You might want to check out Classes of NeoExodus: Machinesmith. I might be exactlly what you are looking for. You can take a look at the Machinesmith class for free at D20pfsrd.

Some monster / racial feats or traits could be appropriate for reflavoring into cybernetic grafts.
Improved Natural Armor is a gimme, just flavored as metal or ceramic plates over the skin, or ceramic inserts or metal wires under the skin.
From the Race Guide;
Aasimar - feat that grant wings or metallic wings.
Catfolk - feats that grant claws (which could be metal claws from fingertips, a single spur from the palm, or lame schnikt-bub stuff).
Ifrit - Scorching Weapon, you have heating elements in your palms that allow you to heat up weapons held.
Kobold - Draconic Aspect, Draconic Breath, Draconic Glide, Draconic Paragon, Tail Terror, all could represent mechanical alterations to your body.
Oread - the Crystalline Form racial trait could work for a shiny-skinned cyber-person.

For rules about magical prosthetics, and the Tin Man Prestige Class (for an adventurer whose a few limbs shorter than when they started), you might want to check out Luven Lightfinger's Gear & Treasure Shop by Robert & Connie Thomson (and some other guy), and Strategists and Tacticians by Ryan Costello Jr.
