Dear Folks at Paizo,
I still have not received my deadtree copy of the Mythic Adventures.
According to my subscription page it was shipped on the 14th of August with 4-8 days in route expected. I have never had a problem before so am confused to say the least. Gave it several extra days before contacting you just to be sure it just wasn't on the slow boat so to speak.
If you could look into this for me I would be grateful for all your help.

The pre-printed label for the order was generated on August 14th when we charged your card and granted PDFs.

Currently there is a display issue in the Order History and My Subscription pages that displays the "shipping date" as the day your label was printed.

If you look at your email confirmation from August 14th, you should see "A package containing 1 item from Paizo Order #2706468 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, August 23 via Standard Postal Delivery..."

At this point, all the pre-printed label orders like yours have all left our warehouse, and the tracking link on your package should currently be active.

I apologize that your August subscription is taking longer than usual and we do plan to review our process to see if we can do better next August when we will have another giant set of new releases.
