Taking 10 on Spellcraft

Can you take 10 on Spellcraft in Pathfinder Society play during the in between time of missions , ie the Day Job time? I have told by my Society
Officer that I can. This is for learning new spells and writing them in my spellbook.

Actually, PFS does not change the rules on this. You can indeed take 10 on Spellcraft checks. For 99% of wizards/witches/magi/alchemists/etc., this means you automatically succeed on the check to learn new spells, so long as you declare that you are taking 10.

The corner case would be something like a fighter with 11 Int dipping wizard for true strike or something.
