Why was my money for this order taken out on 8-15 and I still have not received the package? I have no problem with the package being late, what I do have a problem with is taking my money out well over 2 weeks before I ever see my product. In the future if the package is going to be shipped late, please do not take out my money until the day before it is shipped. Not a week before.

Regarding Order 2705892
The pre-printed label for the order was generated on August 14th when we charged your card and granted PDFs.
If you look at your email confirmation, you should see "A package containing 1 item from Paizo Order #2705892 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, August 23 via Standard Postal Delivery..."
Our warehouse staff was working as hard as possible to get all of the orders processed as quickly as possible, but due to the increased shipment volume it did take longer for some orders to leave our facility.
Tracking information shows that your package is currently out for delivery at this time to your address. We're also reviewing this months subscription fulfillment so we can try to improve the process for future runs.
