Can a Phalanx Soldier use Pushing Assault while wielding a two handed pole arm one handed?

I'd say no. The text of the relevant ability states that phalanx soldier wields polearm/spear "as a one-handed weapon" (effectively changing the classification of the weapon) thus failing to fulfill requirement of the Pushing Assault feat.

Phalanx Fighting (Ex):
At 3rd level, when a phalanx soldier wields a shield, he can use any polearm or spear of his size as a one-handed weapon. This ability replaces armor training 1.

Well Crud. Thanks Drejk.
